Since 2016 Pennyroyal Tattoo has been servicing the Upstate NY and Greater NYC area. We specialize in American Traditional, Black and Grey, and Traditional Japanese. Our artists are super inspired and attentive to our clients needs. We hope to help you with your next tattoo design.
